Rejected my coins

Today i tried to buy bread using coins I've accumulated from from shoprite change and to my surprise they refused them (R18) , I was told customers will not take them however I'm a customer and have been taking them, also this is money to be sent to the bank , why is other customers my problem now when i wasn't a problem all along, i tried to express this however the manager on shift with Senamile Mazibuko fetched me from almost outside to come back to collect my coins at Shoprite Randburg Taxi Rank 💔 i walked back and collected my R18. This was hurtful and unprofessional, and because i worked at Shoprite Yeoville before it left me disappointed we never did that to any customer we understood the money is not ours.
