Reimbursed for my whiskey

Yesterday on 29 January 2020 at shoprite liquor katlehong hlahatsi. I bought Johnny walker black and while still inside the shop. The bottle fell and broke and I didn't know what to and I was rushing somewhere I then bought another bottle. The time was 15:05pm. I am not sure whether I can be reimbursed. I still have the till slip and store cameras can be viewed to verify that I was indeed inside the store. My contact number ***
