Regional manageress on hiding

It has been more than 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the regional admin manageress on KZN Lusantha Moodley to get back to me regarding my queries.

In this time I have I have left two messages reminding her to do so. The first was via the call center and the second via the manager of the Chatsworth branch of Shoprite, Andy.

It seems as if she is now hiding from me for reasons I do not know but can only assume that my queries do hold a substantial amount of weight.

Going forward if I do not get a call back withing the next 24hours I will contact the National Consumer Council so that Ms Moodley can answer questions from them, as well as Wendy Knowler who I'm sure will be very interested in a case of false advertising by your company.
