Refused to return a Warranty Item

<p>December I bought a stove at shoprite (Tembokwezi ) in Mandalay, from last week it was not working properly, everytime i plug it , power tripped , so i returned it because its still on Warranty. The Manager by the Name of Kenneth Mafa Refused, stating that It is working on the shoprite Power, I meant how does one compare household power with that of Retail Shop. He was Very Rude !!!!!</p>
