Refused to Help us With Money Market Service

My husband and I wanted to withdraw money from one of the Boitekong Mall Shoprite and one lady by the name Lucky Letlape who's a Back Admin Manager there told the cashier not to help us, because I laid a compliant to her with one of their cashiers(Refiloe Selinda) who told me that I'm blocking the line by withdrawing when others want to pay groceries, so she gave me attitude, I went back to the line and that's when she (Lucky Letlape) orderd the 2nd cashier not to help us.
