Refused entry

I went to Shoprite Liquor at Nafcoc in Soshanguve I got there before 6pm. As I was approaching the door the guy by the name of Thabang closed the door and refused me entry, I begged him and still refused I showed him the time and he told me that the store closes anytime before 6pm because they are under strict instructions from head office that the last transaction on the system must be done at exactly 6pm. I then asked to see the manager, Thabang refused to call his Manager.

I went to the supermarket to speak to the Manager Xolani about my customer experience. He went to check on the CCTV and indeed he saw that I was there before 6pm but he said unfortunately he can't help me and that his staff was correct by refusing me entry because that was the time the shops normally get ******. So in my head it simply means Xolani and his staff saw a ********. I asked him why did he go and review the CCTV he said he wanted to see if I was there before 6 but there was nothing he could do as they managed the risk.

Nafcoc Shoprite treat clients as ********. I think Shoprite staff must undergo customer service training
