refuse to book flight

I went to Shoprite Amanzimtoti at the Computicket kiosk. The ladies there Nolwazi and Nothando were busy chatting about their own business and when i finally asked for service, they told me i cant make a booking without my ID even when i explained the urgency of the booking<br> . I told them i knew my ID number and i will produce when i get to the counter which is what happens when you book online. Stupid policy<br>
