Refusal to return

Hi I Bought a stove at shoprite Thembokwezi mall(Mandalay) 2 month ago. for a week every time i plug it the electricity trips. at some point the was bit of lightning. so i Took a back to shoprite , the manager refused to take it back even thought its still within waranty. The manager's Name is Glen Peterson.
