Refusal for a withdrawal!

I went into the verulam highway branch today. I went to make a withdrawal and purchase at around 9:15. I was told that they have no money and cannot help me, I told them I could not withdraw from an atm because my card is bent and will get swallowed in the atm, they still refused to help. Terrible service.
