Refund - Ok furniture Heidelberg dragging their feet

Bought small washing machine-COD, at Ok furniture lebowakgomo 01/03/2025 -stock was not available and the sales lady advised that Heidelberg branch has stock I can collect there but only to be told that the product is still at manufacturing stage -requested refund on 27/03/2025 at Ok Heidelberg and to this day I'm still waiting for the refund.i think Heidelberg ok furniture is dragging their feet because the initial purchase was not done at their store. Little do they realize they represent each other.terrible service
