Refund of school funds

Shoprite circus triangle is not paying back the school funds that I spent on the 01/12/2021 . When I realised that they were going to follow their processes I had to cancel that shopping and go to another store of which I got the best service from that store. All I’m asking from shoprite is the school refund of R4103 . 92 to the school account so that my school can get clean audit. Thank you
