REFUND MONIES

My Mother went to withdraw some funds at Shoprite Aliwal North on the 1st March. She did not get the cashback after the transaction went through on her cellphone, she was then advised that monies will be paid back to her. She made this transaction with a Capitec bank account. On the 4th after noticing that her monies have not returned, she approached Capite and was advised that monies have not been returned from Shoprite. She approached shoprite and was advised that they will investigate and revert. To date her monies hace not bee paid. Her details are Sarah Jasoni ***
