Refund

I really had a bad experience at shoprite sky city liquor. On the 30th of March 2021i swiped with my card and the caisher said it declined. I then paid with cash, to my surprise on the following day when I check my statement the same amount of money went out at shoprite sky city liquor.. I went them and showed my bank statement, they said they will check it and they told me I must go and ask my bank they don't have my money.... I went to my bank and the was no money showing. On the 5th I called shoprite sky city and the admin manager apologized and said they are fixing the issue I must come around 5pm... When I got there the ladies at liquor gave me attitude, and told me I must ask my bank.... I went to bank again today hoping my money will reflect but still nothing... They did check and told me the is no money showing in my account... I went to shoprite sky city again and they gave attitude and told me they don't have my money.. Can shoprite head office assist me I need my money
