Refund

I bought a microwave at shoprite glenridge july 11 2021. The microwave only worker once after that it was looting i could not exchange it because of most of the shops were closed. I tried to exchange at lenz n randfontein but i was told tp bring the box which i throw away... as a person who is blind its diffcult to carry it from store to store. In December when glenridge reopened i went there to change and i was told they need a box today o called customer care i spoke to Migan and she told me to take it a back to the shop when i got there they wanted to give a new one which i already have now. And i dony need it now what will i do with 2 microwaves in one house. I want tp just lose my 1000 whilst i am no longer working. Please help me to get my refund.
