Refilwe from Butchery was rude

I sent my younger brother to Shoprite Bambanani mall yesterday to buy fresh chicken and he got home with rotten chicken. We took it back found two nice managers at the front desk then they asked me to go to the butchery to get fresh chicken. I got there and found Refilwe and she gave me a bad attitude. She told me she is not responsible for the rotten chicken, she was off the previous day, she's not the one cutting chicken and I must go find fresh chicken on the shelves.
