Receiving complain

Hi team I would like to know from the bosses and managers of Shoprite stores if its really allowed to let the supplier deliver and take the very same stock to the store frizer without anyone from your store if not I would like to lay a complain about stores that are doing that I'm working for the supplier who normally deliver to your stores even willing to share my personal number if you need proof as I even have pictures.
