Recalled Pilchards

I have just come from one of your branches returning the recalled pilchards fish I bought last week. I then wanted to replace the pilchards and to my surprise the RECALLED PILCHARDS IS STILL ON THE SHELVES. I just find this unbelievable. Is it not your duty and responsibility to ensure that the recalled pilchards are being taken of the SHELVES.
