Rasist Cashier at Gillwell Mall

Good day

I had a very bad experiance at shoprite gillwell mall east london this evening. Whiles had to wait in a 1hr line as there was only 2 cashiers open. This was at about closing time. I had one lady infront of me and a lady behind me and also many behind her. 1 cashier opened her till and was told that she is helping those having a few items, take note i have waited in a line more than a hour only for ****** and 5 packets of tumeric. The cashier then help a african male whom was standing in die line way behind all as he only had a few things she them very rude said to me hey sisi dont make a line here. I then told her but I also only have a few items and showed her once again she said to me to not make a line there. Take note she was helping the african male coming from way behind me. I am a white female. I then after paying saw that she is helping a african female. I then asked her why did you not help me. She completely ignored me and contuning to help the african lady. I then decided i will not leave it there and went to the manager. The manager asked her why she did not help me and she had allot to say i could see that she does not even have respect for the manager. She even said i was lying and i called the african lady that was standing behind me to confrim my story which she did. He asked the cashier again whereby she rep**** in xhosa and i could not hear excaly what she said. I could see that is going now where so I left saying that I will not leave it here. I rude arrogant rasist cashier. I have never ever experianced something like this as I am a peoples person. I will never ever sit my foot in Gillwell mall agian. I wish I could go to the newspaper with this
