R10 FREE AIRTIME

I did grocery shopping at Shoprite on Sept 26th and received R10 free airtime. I then put in the voucher number and received a message to say it will activate within 48 hours. Now the 48 hours has turned into 15 days. I am now having to spend my own airtime to phone Shoprite to try and sort this out. What is wrong with Shoprite and Unilever? When are we going to get our aritimes? My mother is having the same problem.
