quick response to a complain

I logged a complain about items I bought from the bakery that were stale and the meat I bought from the butchery which I suspected it expired, My complain was attended with immediate effect, I was contacted by Steven the region manager within 24hrs, and later contacted by Smakaleng and Khanyisile, they refunded me with freshly baked items and a fresh meat, I was really impressed how quick they attended to my complain, I went back yesterday( after a week) to buy the same items from the bakery and they were very fresh, Im really impressed about their level of customer service, this is what we need from our service providers... well done Steven and your Glenridge team Im really inspired by such an immediate response I felt very valuable and important to shoprite by how Khanyi and Smakaleng approached me and Im going to spread the word to many more shoprite customers.. big ups guys for your excellent customer service.
