Queue & coins

I was at shoprite about 45 minutes ago. A guy just came straight to the cashier (Sibongile) and called her by the name and informed her that he would like to make a withdrawal of R185.00. I then questioned the cashier if he is not suppose to stand in the queue like everyone else. the cashier realised that she was wrong by so doing and she kept quiet and the guy was quick to say that he is from the kiosk of which it was lie. This is not the only teller that is doing this at this shop, for those of us who do not have family and friends employed at this we always suffer as they give their families preferences over us.<br> <br> Secondly I do not recall the minister announcing that the 10c and 20c coins are no longer in circulation but at this shop we are always short changed without any explanation. I want to know whose policy is it that they must not give us our coins. It should be an individual decision not to accept the coins. Is the management of this shop encouraging *****. At the end of the day when they cash up who is benefiting on our small change is it the cashier or the business.
