Queen Palesa at Shoprite Noordgesig

I have no Idea where you got Palesa from. She is arrogant acting like a Queen of Shoprite with her eye lashes on. WHY did you hire Palesa , she's acting all Royal and she does not serve customers.

I had a delay making payment at a till point using the money market voucher. A teller named Mkateko Mathebula nicely ask Palesa for support . She came to the till point , took one look at me and Mkateko left us standing holding up the queue.

My transaction was Voided and I was left standing at a till point with no support.

Palesa was gone , left me standing and never came back to assist the cashier.
