Today I had the worst experience with Shoprite at Greenacres. I went there to withdraw the nsfas money voucher and the attitude that I got from the cashiers was so disgusting I had to call their manager. They told that they don’t have R1000 in their tills to give me when they have more than 10 tills in the store. Furthermore I was told that the bank didn’t bring in nsfas and sassa money. What kind of disrespect is that? I asked them what that even means and if sassa grantees and NSFAS people should stop using Shoprite to withdraw their money. Whatever deal nsfas has with Shoprite, they(nsfas) have to review it because the students are being treated like **** by these cashiers at Shoprite.
