Putrid Service from management

I was visiting the Shoprite Greenacres store and one of the items i bought is a Ottimo Glass Kettle. The price on the shelf was R199 but scanned R299 at the till. They then went to go fetch the barcode from the shelf, and it came that we had to wait for the manager to make the amendment. We were probably waiting for over a half an hour for her to make an appearance. When she finally arrived, she had such a bad attitude and half rude. Does not even recognise you as the customer.

It seems like this store does not know anything about customer service. making your customer wait for over 30min is utterly disgusting and absolutely unacceptable.

I don't like shopping at Shoprite stores but still had tolerance for the Greenacres stores. But service like this makes me wonder if i should even use this store anymore.

Service is the one thing that you can atleast offer your customers.
