purity and shoprite horrible experience

bought baby purity last week when we open them they were rotten with worms and the expiring date is still far,i went there to return them today and the experience and treatment i got from the manager and the team was horrible to a point where they even left me unattended intheir office for hours,they also cause me of framing shoprite.i have never been so hurt shoprite is where i buy my monthly groceries bit after what happened today i am no longer steeping my foot there,i am also posting this story and pictures on my socials to raise awareness of the horrible treatment i received. Mind you i bought with my hard earned money and i was treated like a piece of *******,attached are the pics of the purities
