Pumla till controller and head of Fruit and veg

The till controller by the name Pumla was so rude to me the customer and cashier where I was paying.Every day only a few tills are open and customers need to stand in ques that goes into the grocery isles. I then got fed up to stand every day during peak hour in long ques and so long that I decided to take my basket and pay by the 10items or less.While cashier was so friendly and told me that is no problem two items more wont make a difference and that she will help me.She also apoligised for the inconvenience I needed to suffer.Then Pumla the till controller came with customer to withdraw money by cashier,she then told cashier in a rude tone ,how can you help this client she have more than 10items and this points is only for 10items only.I then informed her about if she and the manager of the store open more tills people wont come and pay here .She was so rude.When I left the store I ask myself how did she end up being a till controller as she works everyday with clients and she just dont have customer service skills.Also that cashiers dont even have packers they also needed to pack as well.The fruit and veg dept their is just never lettuce when ever I wants to buy lettuce.bad
