Publicly striped search with customers looking.

I would like to say my grievance regarding your store in Bloemfontein Heidedal. Today around twelve I went in your store to buy Bioplus as it was on promo but queue was long so I decided to leave the stuff and head home. As I was exciting your store a security by the name of Makitla of the company Maluti Security stopped me at the door and told me that he has to search me because they suspect that I stole stuff. I willingly went in the parcel counter with him but at my disbelief he wanted to search me with customers looking. I asked him if there is any place where I can be searched because I don't feel comfortable as people where looking at me being searched like I'm a ******** but he told me no.

He searched me with full view of your customers and found nothing. But the story doesn't end there. He informed the CCTV person that he found nothing but the person in that room insisted that I stole stuff and I put it in my underwear. Makitla said now he needed to strip search me still in front view of customers collecting their parcels. I had to ask him for the second time I'm going to be search but why I'm not a *****, I rep**** that his has to search me again, on his radio I could hear a lady saying I put stuff or perfume in my underwear. I asked him to please take me to a please where customers can see me being stripped search but again I got no reply. I asked him the least he can do is to close the parcel counter because now I have to get naked and I can't do so in front of people. What he did was to close it half way. Customers could still see me naked this time being searched like a ********. He found nothing as I'm not a ***** I don't ***** never did never will until I die. Still after finding that I have nothing the person on the radio still insisted I took something that's when I asked to see a manager as this was now out of hand. The manager that I was taken to goes by the name of Maki, I was told she is Grocery Manager had no remorse, had no help to the way I was treated. I asked her to go look at that footage and see if it's me that she sees *****ing, she didn't want to help me at all. I have being in management positions and the level of help I got from this lady was the worst I have seen I my life. I'm not one to waste my time complaining like this but I was treated like a ******** in full view of your customers. I was strip searched naked in front of your customers. Your stuff humiliated me so much that Im going to have to seek help for what I went through. When I got home I realised that R140 of my money is missing. I went back to ask for help to get back my money. I had to waste my petrol money to go back there. When I got there the same manager (Maki) didn't want to help me retrieve back my money. From this experience I lost money, my reputation and got humiliated. From this one I need help. If you can't help me please say so I can seek help somewhere else. I will like to know your policies and procedures regarding searching people and your CCTV rules too. I went to the police for help regarding this with no help. I will be going to attorneys regarding this matter because this feels like defamation of character. People saw me naked in your store being search like a ********, people of your store now see me as a ********. Last time when I checked I didn't have a single ******** record. This is something that I can't just let go.
