Prompt Service

Its always great to get a prompt service from your local supermarket. I just want to extend my gratitude to Robert. Last week I bought some eggs which almost half of them were rotten, I called the store and spoke to Robert whom I advised I didn't have a receipt as proof of purchase but I had a problem with the eggs. He didn't even waste my time, he advised me to come to the store at my convenience and see him. I sent my partner who went to see him, Robert apologised for the eggs, gave us fresh eggs and I am a very customer right now. I am glad that Shoprite sees me as an individual, not just some customer in the bunch. Keep it up Robert. Thank you!!
