Promotional special but no stock

Shoprite Boksburg North and Commisioner stores dont have stock. Shoprite advertised a promotional special of Pampers for R100 and none of their stores has stock. How do you advertise with no stock and to top things up you cant do a Rain Cheque like Pick n Pay does so that we could always buy that product later when they have stock on that special amount.
