Product misrepresentation

I'm currently using nourishing body lotion U brand. It is indicated that it is for all skin types but I would like to note that it is not for all skin types. I have a very dry skin and I prefer using U brand products because of their affordability. I bought the product at the beginning of the month(September) and I had to use it with petroleum jelly. I understand that they don't use quality products/ingredients because if they do,they will have to make their products expensive but can the brand at least note that the product is for certain skin types.
