Product knowledge , uncer*****y and not willing to assist

<p>I went to Shoprite (THOKOZA 2 (KHUMALO)) on Sunday 25/09/2016 to purchase a few grocerry items. And as I was about to put my items on the till I asked the cashier if I can check if I can use my EeziCoupons seeing as I have the App on my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>She asked me is I had a "number" so that she could load it on her till...but I told her she was supposed to punch my cellphone number at the till seeing as I`m using the APP.</p> <p>When I asked her for help she ignored me and loaded the till roll...and she continued as if I didnt say or ask anything to her.</p> <p>I kept calm and packed my grocerries into plastic bags and left because I didnt want to cause a scene.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel dissatisfied and disappointed.I am sure if she worked in a Shoprite located in a mall and I was of another race she would have assited me with a smile.</p>
