Pricing issues

Today at around four went to a shoprite shop wanted to get a few things I went to butter section wanted to buy butter to check they is no pricing for blossom margerine went to the tills the lady by the till says she does not do a price check i shud go all the way to the bak and do it maself .I was out of words eventually came to my senses and ask her y are they doin this she finaly did it 4 me unwillingly and cheeky my problem is most of the cashiers there their customer conduct is generally ****y an or is it becoz they hav no competitors or maybe it is becoz it is in a township god know .. So y are they no prices on most commodities on shelf is it as sign of ailing management and why do we consistently get this mediocre service from your cashiers unfortunately i didn't look at the name tag of the cashier but I do know the face
