Price tag in the wrong shelves

Yesterday I was at Shoprite Blue Downs to do grocery shopping. As I was shopping I got attracted by the price of Kellogs Cornflakes that was R9,99 and gladly took it only to get to the counter and it scanned R39,99. I ask the lady how come because where it is stores the price is R9,99 and I took her to the place she saw it. She was lost as well and called someone else to explain only to find out that the R9,99 is for a Kellogs book which was not even in that shelve. She told her manager who said I should have read the label because it states it's for the book. How come they put tag for a book in another shelve and have the product elsewhere? As a customer it is my right to get the product at the price displayed. It is not my fault that they have their products far from their tags, I was attracted by the price and therefore have a right to get it by that price. I even took the picture of that price with Kellogs on it and there is no book next to that price tag.
