Post and disgusting service by Shoeite staff

This is my second report regarding pathetic and disgusting service from SHOPRITE king William's town. I bought a grinder there and after 3 it 4 months ut became faulty and I took it back but staff refused to take it back . I am asking whay? I DO HAVE SLIP AND ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
