<p>I hardly complain about the bad service that I've received numerous times at this particular branch but today's incident was just JAW DROPPING!!!!!! I then asked myself if this is what these cashier normally do to all those ******** customers who hardly check the change they receive from the cashier against the till slip and actual amount paid. I paid this cashier with a R200 note and when she gave me my change it was change for only R100. I stood there for a good 3min to see if she would notice this mistake. I genuinely thought it was a finger error. She assisted the next customer and when checked my till slip she had punched R100 on it and stood there and asked if she saw how much gave her and she confidently said yes you gave me R200. so then I asked her why she had given me change That is R100 less and asked her if had walked away without checking and came the next day would she have admitted fault and gave me my money back even though my till said otherwise? Could this be an ongoing trend or ***** perpetrated by these employees? Please look into it and investigate. Or send a mystery shopper. This is alarming!!!!!!!! </p>
