Poorest Shoprite ever

Shoprite Bishop lavis is the worse Shoprite you could ever go to, from not having enough cashiers on a daily basis to not having enough special items on sale day just poor overall. This store if it is a franchise store is loosing so much revenue for the company and it is mainly due to poor management. How can management not notice what is happening in stores daily, who is in charge of ordering as they are always out of stock... You have people from Bishop lavis choosing to shop in other areas as the Shoprite here just simply never have stock or staffing... I approached the store manager who gave me a list of challenges they faces, and that I understand but is it not the duty of managers to plan for that why are these people in such posit9as they clearly can't manage, head office needs to review this as this management team is loosing your company money
