Poor services,care less about customers

Highly disappointed; I went onto the internet 2 check shoprites specials, i come 2 the broadway shoprite 2 buy the thngz i want bt nw as browsing in the shop i noted that theres a price difference in products i want 2 purchures. I called one of the consultants working thr 2 show hm bt he called a manager and i show hm as well. The manager said tht the specials i want is in Easter cape shoprite where by i show hm on my phne its states Northern cape; Eastern Cape , Free State and western cape. I click on western cape so tht he can see thy most of the products thts on promo is wrng. Never the less the store manager came 2 me for assists i told her my story tht im unhappy regarding the prices thts incorrect. I show her my phne but still she did not see the wrng she was like ya thy dnt advertise on other sites after i showed her thy do..She argued with me the hole time like if i was wrng I told her 2 read the fine line but she refused to do so. The consultant even told her she should read and see bt she refused.I was in Shoprite broadway sins 11 o clock the morning side and only left there after 1 o clock.. I did not buy anythng cause they did not wanted 2 fixs the wrong.Its not tht i did not have the funds 2 pay, i did but my thng is you as a store manager did not even listern or showed interests to the mistakes.. Guzzel the site show all retail special in S.A. I normally check out guzzel and it was never a problem bt 2day it was.. I check other retail stores specialz on threr like pick n pay ,checkers hyper ect and it was never a problem. Shoprite do advertise on guzzel and on there website as well..I will never recomment no one to ur store ever,highly unprofessional and a lack of customer service. Zero rating for false advertising
