Poor service with long queues

Very poor service queues Very long and the supervisors or management don't seem to care about customer standing in those long queues they busy chatting,Very few tills opened on the 1st of September.This behavior is like this because we this store is in the location where black customer shop,Not going there anymore and will advice others not to bother supporting such business where there don't care about customers
