Poor Service Standard

I visited Shoprite in Idutywa Shopping mall on 2 occasions including today to cash out NSFAS voucher and I have been declined, stating network and short of money. In April I spoke with a Supervisor who promised the issue will be resolved until today it hasn't been resolved. Today I spoke with someone in the manager box who claimed the issue has been escalated to NSFAS and that it is not the problem of the store but that of NSFAS.

This store is supposed to support students from King Hintsa College from both Idutywa and Willowvale however students are being supported by USave store in Dutywa or go to nearest towns.

This is a poor service to the community of Dutywa and this can't go unpunished.
