Poor Service - Shoprite Middelburg

oor Service from Shoprite, John Magagula St. Middelburg. On Saturday 08.10.2022, I was at this store - It was extremely busy as it was a Saturday afternoon. I went to the Kiosk to pay as 1 Only had 2 items and the line was a bit shorter. A Member of staff jumped the queue, as requested that the cashier serve her with 2 pies. I complained and said she should join the line like everyone else. This was ignored - I then complained to the Duty Manager, who also did not seem interested in dealing with my complaint. He merely said he would deal with it later.
