Poor service shoprite mams mall

Shoprite Mams Mall money market team members Rebone and Bontle are so rude I almost lost it. I did my shopping all good but because I didn't have enough money I had to use Capitec send cash services only to be told that the "C" code does not work on the normal till point I'll have to use money market, the gentleman who was assisting me explained and took me to money market. I met Rebone who was just sitting with no customer on her till, told me that she has to leave. I was with her for 5 minutes which she could have used to assist me but No she took the entire time asking her team members if they're willing to help me. I only needed R100 but team member number two Bontle is telling me how we customers like to compare them with other stores they operate to the standard of mams mall and I should go and join the money market queue, the fact that I was on the groceries queue and my staff is already on the till point means nothing to them. The level of service we get from our fellow brothers and sisters because we the same skin or because we in the townships is outrageous.
