Poor service- Refund request

Made a deposit of R1000 on the 02/02/2025 at Shoprite Money market three rivers. The recipient saying they didn't withdraw, I went to Shoprite and was informed it was withdrawn, however they cannot see which withdraw, this is unacceptable as Shoprite doesn't withdraw funds without ID documents. Manager says nothing can be done and I must open case at Saps.
