Poor service from the cashiers

Sent my son for shopping at shoprite site c ,unfortunately ddnt give him the pin for cash send .he used the one he usually use when i.send him.the cashier instead of being of help started to make him nervours more .even told him to pack the staff on the sheves .This is the second case with that shoprite .
