Poor service from shoprite managers
On Friday the 28th of December I went to Shoprite Daveyton, Ses'fikile square to purchase a few items and upon walking past the bakery I noticed that their boxed pies are rotten not just one box but a whole lot of boxes, growing mould and fungi. I then decided to alert their managers thats where my biggest issue besides the health hazard of selling us rotten food, the attitude of the managers stink.
I went to the booth they were in and was greeted by Classic Ntuli, casually asked me what the problem was without seeming interested after explaining to her she tells me to wait for manager number two as it was her problem to deal with. Manager number 2 who happens to be Mbali Hlatshwayo, which was not wearing a name badge. She was on the phone giggling and i stood there with no assistance, when she finished on the land line she started eating her food again i stood and waited for her, finally when she stood up with an annoyed attitude she grumpily asked me what the problem was.
This is not the 1st time we get poor service from shoprite managers but we must live with it? Shelves are always empty and we never get why. I'd love for shoprite to take their managers on a course on how to treat customers and staff!!! What we observe there on a daily is not on at all.
