Poor service from Shoprite in Southgate by cashier called Faith

Received a very poor service by a cashier called Faith from Shoprite in Southgate . We waited on a queue for almost 30 minutes by express till with only 2 items to pay, she was deliberately slow. When a guy that was infront of me question her why is she so slow whereas the queue is that long, she said cos she wants to knock off. Very grumpy and rude.
