Poor service from Shoprite

I experienced poor service from Shoprite protea gardens I was just buying one item and I had to stay in the que for 1 hour when I complained the manager she told me her tills are broken and walked away from me now it's like Shoprite is making me a favour now or its my problem that thetil is broken Wich I doubt it's true cause it's over four tills that were closed and the shop is hot and full of people
