POOR SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT

<p>On 3 occassions I went into the Shoprite store in Steenberg, firstly I purchased within the morning I packet of chicken finers for my little one, which was nice and soft. On the follwing occassion I went to the store to purchase it agan, however this was midday and the lady at the counter simply gave me a big packet without letting me know that they are all dried out, hard and I went off to pay, got home and after giving it to my little boy he gave back to me as it was all rock hard, totally furious and upset at the poor quality of the product and the fact that I was not informed of the state of the product, which I discarded. Few days later I returned back to the store purchased in the morning however another packet of chicken fingers, explained the full process to the store manager and his assistant, asked if they can help me as I actually thought I could still find the slip but was unbable to, they said they know that in the afternoon the chicken fingers is hard and dry and even though I was not made aware of this, they simply said sorry as I dont have the slip they cannot help me and I must try to get the slip first, sadly i as was not able to get the slip I simply paid for the new packet and was left out of pocket having wasted a packet that we were not able to get use of, what pathetic service from the 2 managers and to think it was under R20 for the packet that they could suppossedly do nothing about, even though I told them full details of when i purchased the item and they can check the footage and still be able to retrieve the slip from their records, they simply said no sorry we cannot help you, what pathetic service from Shoprite, managers certainly need to learn or be thought how to use discretion and go for ****** training.</p>
