Poor service from a teller with a bad attitude

Good day, I visited the Canary Walk Shoprite store in Nelspruit at 15:40 today and purchased an item for R12.99 and paid with R50. I was served by cashier Felishia Dlamini who then proceeded to give me a R20 note and the balance in R2 and R1 coins. I asked her how she expected me to take a handful of coins and she rep****\I have no choice as I have no other money". I asked her to please get me acceptable change and she refused to ask another teller to swap out the change. I then asked her to call her manager and she refused to do so and told me that if I want the manager I must go look for them. I am absolutely disgusted at this treatment and shocked that Shoprite employs such people. """
