poor service fom the store and headoffice

I bought a plasma TV from the store,and accidentally it was hit buy my 2yrs old and it cracked asked the store to send it back to the supplier for repairs this rude salesman told it won't be fixed as its my negligence but as I've said I'm willing to pay if any costs occur then on the 22/10/2015 he called to let me know that their supplier is unable to fix it and he suggested I take it personally to that very same supplier who can't fix it if the supplier can't help them as clients who am I? As they don't want to assist me how about they give me my <br> extended warranty money as it will be effective from end of October this year till october 2016 it's unfair to pay for something that no longer exist
