Poor service

Im really disgusted in the service of Shoprite Delft Mall store code Delft SR 034817

I emailed the manager nearly two weeks ago with no response

Also the store is super busy they should get more cashiers I literally spend a hour in the line When walking to check for shorter line there was literally only 7 cashiers with probably over 100 customers in store

When I went to manager office there was tow ladies speaking with each other ..I stood at door they just looked at me and continued to speak one of the ladies name is Shanaaz
